Ownership and licensing

Institutions receive licensed and customized deployments according to agreed commercial terms. OERENA retains ownership of the core product, platform architecture, reusable software components and general product improvements unless a specific agreement provides otherwise.
Institutional operational data remains subject to the applicable contractual and legal framework. Pricing is determined by deployment scope, user population, required integrations, support requirements and infrastructure.
